Refund policy
At Sanmati Creation, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging.
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- The returns would happen within 3 to 5 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 3 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 5 days.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 days .
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only provided for the same product in case of damage/defect.
- If you need to exchange a product, please contact us first before sending it back.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Products returned without proper packaging or proof of purchase.
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit/debit card company or bank, as it may take time to reflect.
